Free Prayer?

Of course prayer is free, we just thought it was a catchy title!   We all need prayer and sometimes we don’t have anyone to pray with.   Other times, we have lots of people to pray with but we want as many people praying for our situation as possible.  Whatever your situation is, we consider it a privilege and honor to pray for you.  We have a team of people who pray over every request daily.  So, let us know how we can pray for you.  You can submit your request in the comment section.  Let us know if you would like the request to be viewable by others (so that they can pray for you as well) or to be kept private.

Our only request is that you  let us know how the Lord answers!

Our office has had alot of problems this past year, in short it was determined to be by the state a hostile working enviroment.  The supervisor was the one doing so many un-professional and not morally right things to people. Things like degrading people, lying, making people cry, threatning, bullying, intimidating– things that would make you cringe.  They have since removed this woman from our office and are now looking to hire someone new to take her place.
Please pray with myself and others here that they hire — the right person for the job!  Someone not like the one before, someone morally suited.  The staff has endured enough over the years with the last supervisor please pray with all of us that a good honest man, and that the one that needs to be here gets this job and that we dont have someone like we had before.

My story is quite long, but for now I’ll keep it as short as I can. I am a Christian (1998), my wife and children are not. Prior to being saved I strayed in my marriage (1992). We got back together and worked on getting back in love. It took accepting Christ for me to REALLY change. Things seemed to be going along pretty well. I’d witness when I could although she didn’t want to hear it. About a year and a half ago my wife told me that she wanted to leave. Last June she accepted a job in South Carolina and moved out of our home in Florida. Initially, because of the huge increase in pay and position, the job was the main reason and that one day I would move there. My job allows me to live anywhere. I would visit her often and stay with her for a while in between business trips in that area. Last week I called her to say I was in town and I would meet her at the house later (I have a key). It was then she said that she had been trying for many years to get the feeling
back with us and now realizes that she can’t. She said “I love you but not in love with you, I want to be friends, I’ve always done what others wanted me to do and never did anything for myself, etc”. She followed that with “I want a divorce”, “I want to be alone”. Brothers and Sister, there is so much more to this but believe me when I say that satan has a major control in her life. It seems the closer I get to the Lord (even talking about Bible College) the worse our problems get. I am in desperate need of a prayer army. This whole thing has weakened me so much. It’s hard to do this on my own. PLEASE pray first and foremost that the Lord will soften her heart during this time and she will accept Him! Her entire life from things that happened early in her life to as recent as 18 years ago has really hardened her heart towards the Lord. Also, pray for my strength I know the Lord has a plan. I know our marriage can only be restored through her salvation. Please, Please be part of
my prayer army during this battle. I have nowhere to turn to except the Lord and my Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Even with that, I find myself feeling alone from time to time and weak. In Christ’s Love and Blessing’s,

Prayer Request: Please pray for me. My husband and I have been in court trying to protect our good name. The other side lied and hid evidence. If the judge finds for the other side, we will lose our business and have to lay off half a dozen people. I am frightened and worried that the judge will never see the truth for what it is.  Please pray for the judge to see the truth, please pray so that I will have strength, and please pray for the other people involved so that they learn never to do this again and to be more peaceful people.

Father we do ask that you will help the judge to supernaturally discern the truth in this case and that Melissa will have the strength to endure this tyring situation.   In Jesus name!  Amen

Please in Jesus name pray for my husband his name Aaron, we have been married twenty one years and my husband is in the sin of adultery however I am standing on Gods word for blessing and a total turn around in my husbands life that Aaron will give his life back to Jesus. I love the Lord and my husband very much.  I also would like for you to pray for the other woman Tonya to turn her back on my husband to give her life to the Lord and be saved. and our marriage to be totally restored. Please pray that my husbands desires will be turned to me. thank you and God bless you.  Sharon

Father,  we lift up Aaron and Sharon to you.  May you turn Aaron’s heart back to you.  Open his eyes that he might see this adulterous affair the way you see it.  Renew his understanding of the cross and the price that you paid to redeem him.  Do the same for Tonya.  As he repents and returns to you, we also pray that you will heal their marriage, for your glory.  In Jesus name, Amen!

Please pray for my husband Edmund who has been diagnosed with  neuropathy in both feet. He can only stand for about 15 min’s, this is a painful disease. 

Please pray for him that he will be able to fight this disease and with God’s help he will be able to walk again.

Kathryn Elizabeth was born at 3:45am on 3/18/2011.  She weighs 4 lbs. 14 oz.  Mother and baby are doing well.  Except for the Spina bifida Kathryn Elizabeth is healthy.  She will probably have surgery to close up the spine in the next couple days and then we will know the severity.  She is beautiful.  Thank you for keeping her in your prayers and I will keep you all informed

My son and his girlfriend are on their way right now to MUSC.  She has been in labor off and on all weekend.  This morning her ob/gyn called MUSC and booked her a room.  Kathryn Elizabeth will most likely be born some time this week.  It is still a little earlier than they had hoped but the mother has pre-ecalmpsya (spelling???) and her blood pressure is high.  This makes her about 4-6 weeks early.  Pray for a couple things:  Safe delivery for the baby and the mother, spina-bifida is not as severe as the doctors have been predicting and health because the baby is being born early.  I’m sure there are many other things to pray for but those are what I can think of right now.
